Cancellation Policy

Sound Healing Session Cancellation Policy 1. Introduction This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and rescheduling for sound healing sessions. We aim to provide a fair and transparent policy to ensure the best possible experience for both clients and practitioners. 2. Booking and Confirmation Advance Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system, either online or via phone. Confirmation: A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. 3. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without incurring any fees. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. No-Show: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. 4. Rescheduling Policy 24-Hour Notice: Clients can reschedule their session with at least 24 hours' notice without any penalty. Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to availability and may incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the session cost. 5. Emergency Cancellations Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency. Fees may be waived at the practitioner's discretion. 6. Refund Policy Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for credit towards a future session and ,in exceptional cases, for money refund. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. 7. Practitioner Cancellations Practitioner-Initiated Cancellations: If a practitioner needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible.
